Sbrai verifies both sides of every conversation, then gets out of the way. We never hold funds and never take a cut of what you agree with the other party.
For buyers

- 3Verify your identityPhone OTP, email OTP and NIN — required before you can contact anyone.
- 4Contact the vendorChat from the listing, or start a voice or video call.
- 5Save what you likeFavourite listings and come back to compare later.
For vendors
- 1Sign up as a vendorChoose the vendor role at registration.
- 2Complete KYCPhone, email, NIN, CAC number and CAC document.
- 3Subscribe₦20,000/year via Paystack, or 10 ESP with Espees.
- 4Post your listingThree-step wizard: type and category, up to 5 photos, then details.
- 5Go live instantlyYour listing appears in search, category and state filters right away.
Good to know
- Chat and incoming calls refresh every few seconds — there is a short delay before new messages appear.
- Sbrai does not process payments between buyers and vendors, and holds no escrow.
- Categories are maintained by Sbrai admins so search stays consistent across the marketplace.
- The interface can be switched to Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa or French at any time from the header.
