Accounts and verification
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Buyers must complete phone, email and NIN verification before messaging a vendor. Vendors must additionally verify CAC registration and upload a supporting document.
Vendor subscription
Publishing listings requires an active annual subscription of ₦20,000 or 10 ESP. Subscriptions run for 12 months from the payment date and are non-refundable once listings have been published.
Listing standards
Listings must describe real, available items with honest pricing and your own photos. Counterfeit goods, illegal materials, fraudulent property titles and duplicate listings are removed and may end your account.
Chats and conduct
In-app chat exists so buyers and vendors can agree terms. Harassment, spam, off-platform payment scams and sharing another person's contact details without consent are prohibited.
Transactions
Sbrai Solutions introduces buyers to vendors; we are not a party to any sale. Inspect goods and verify property documents before paying. Report suspicious vendors to support@sbraisolutions.com.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, and you may delete your account at any time from Settings.
