Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, phone number and address you provide at registration, the KYC records you submit (NIN, CAC number and supporting documents), listings you publish, messages you exchange with other users, and subscription payment references from Paystack or Espees.
How we use your information
Your data is used to verify your identity, to display listings and vendor profiles, to route chats between buyers and vendors, to process annual subscriptions, and to prevent fraud and abuse on the marketplace.
KYC and verification data
NIN and CAC details are verified through licensed identity providers. We store only the verification result and a reference — not your full identity document — and we never display these details on your public profile.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited information is shared with our identity verification partners, our payment processors (Paystack, Espees) and law enforcement where a valid legal request is made.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, listings, chats and favourites. Transaction and verification references may be retained where Nigerian law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@sbraisolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
